PRIZES
(4) Grand Prize Winners: A weekend getaway that includes a (one night) stay at a hotel, dinner for two, and spa treatments for two along with a $300 beauty and spa basket. Finalist must be present at the Pamper Me Fabulous event on either March 78, 2009 (date as determined by Contest Sponsor) in order to receive award.

(36) Finalist Prize Winners: Finalists will each be invited to a private cocktail mixer at the Pamper Me Fabulous event on either March 7, 2009 or March 8, 2009 event (date as determined by Contest Sponsor) to receive a $250 beauty basket.

NOMINATION Fabulous Female Awards opens its nomination process at 12noon on November 17, 2008 and continues until 5PM, February 12, 2009 (“Nomination Closing Date”). There are two ways to nominate a Fabulous Female. There are no fees to nominate a Fabulous Female.

Entries must be received by 5pm, February 12, 2009 to be considered eligible.

ELIGIBILITY This Fabulous Female Awards nominations are open to all female residents of California who are over the age of 21 as of the Fabulous Female Nomination Closing Date, or February 12, 2009. There is no cost to nominate a Fabulous Female. Finalists must be present at the Pamper Me Fabulous event in Los Angeles to win the title of Pamper Me Fabulous Female. It is the responsibility of the finalists and winners to arrange transportation to the event. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.The contest is not open to employees of Fresh Events Company Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Sponsor”), their affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that have misrepresented qualifications or involvements of the nominee on the nomination form, whether intentional or unintentional. Finalists are required to return a signed Release of Liability and Terms and Conditions form to be eligible. In the event that this form is not received, another finalist will be selected. Any attempt or suspected attempt in the nomination use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by the rules and terms herein and by law, shall be deemed as tampering and will void such entries. All times are Pacific Standard Times. The contest is subject to all applicable federal,
state and municipal laws and regulations.

JUDGING Entries will be reviewed and selected by a panel of judges comprised of: a media sponsor/editor, a local politician, a female CEO, a female executive, a major philanthropist, and producer of event. Finalists will be notified mid-February, 2009. On or around mid February of 2009, this panel of judges will choose 36 Fabulous Female finalists from all entries received as of the Fabulous Female Nomination closing date. On or around early March of 2009, the judging panel will choose the 4 Fabulous Female winners.

Nominations will be judged on the following criteria:
- (33%) A fabulous woman who exemplifies excellence.
For example, has she qualities of a great character? Has she achieved huge or groundbreaking success? Has she led by example? Has she exceeded the expectations of her peers or of an industry standard?

- (33%) A fabulous woman who inspires.
For example, has she overcome challenges? Has she inspired or guided others to greatness? Does she have an emotionally touching story?

- (34%) A fabulous woman who is passionately committed to making a positive difference within the businesses or communities she serves.
For example, has there been a demonstrated positive impact resulting from her contributions? Has she shown dedication to a cause, initiative or people? Has she donated significant energy towards the betterment of her workplace or community?

The selected finalists will be contacted by telephone and letter as specified out on the entry form on or around February 16, 2009. If finalists cannot be reached within 5 days following the announcement, or do not sign the required Release of Liability and Terms and Conditions, another finalist will be selected. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to change the judging panel.

The prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2009. The winners of all raffles, prizes and giveaways are responsible for applicable taxes. Fabulous Female winners, traveling companions, and nominees are solely responsible for any ground/air transportation, taxes, insurance, spending money, tips, meals and other travel and hotel charges not specifically mentioned as part of the prize above.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. In the event that winner is unable to redeem the prize as awarded, Contest Sponsor or parties associated will not provide substitutions or compensation. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or more value of the approximate retail cash value or prize. Award rulings and final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and awarding of the Grand Prizes and Finalist Prizes.

ODDS Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the required conditions of the entries and rules will be disqualified by Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned. RELEASE By entering into Fabulous Female Awards, entrants grant Pamper Me Fabulous/ Fresh Events Company Inc. royalty-free use of their entry, name, voice, image, persona, likeness and performance in any media taken of you during the Pamper Me Fabulous event and/or Fabulous Female Award in any and all manner and media (including but not limited to the Internet) and types of advertising and promotion, throughout the world in perpetuity for the purpose of marketing, promotions or advertising, without fee or payment of any kind, and hereby release all of such parties from any claims that you may have for invasion or violation of rights of privacy, rights of publicity or any other cause of action arisen out of such usage. Entrants must also have permission to nominate the Fabulous Female nominee and to provide the Contest Sponsor with the nominees contact information.

By entering this Fabulous Female Awards, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with this contest or the prizes. Before being declared the winning nominee, the selected finalist may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, full Liability and Publicity Release and a Declaration of Compliance with Rules and Terms of Fabulous Female Awards. By accepting a prize, the winners and finalists consents to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

This contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsors. Nominees and Nominating Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the contest. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein
