Pamper Me Fabulous is the Ultimate Women’s Day Out to celebrate and empower YOU. Spend a day with the girls and the things you love! A full day of enlightening workshops, workouts, medtations, beauty, spa, health and wellness bests, drinks, shopping and uplifting energy.
Gain valuable insight from celebrity experts in "The Expert Corner", love your mind and body in the "Activity Area", shop and experience "it" products and services in “The Bazaar”, relax in the lounge, and of course, score the much–coveted Pamper Me Fabulous gift bag.

How can I learn more about being a Sponsor or Vendor at the event?
Please fill this initial inquiry form and a Pamper Me Fabulous Representative will get back to you shortly.
TICKETS
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter/purchase tickets to the event?
You MUST be 21+ years of age to enter and you must bring a valid ID with you to the event. Children and babies will not be permitted into the event. Sorry, no exceptions.
Do you offer group sales discounts?
An additional $10 discount off per ticket is offered for groups of four or more and can be selected when purchasing tickets.
If I purchased ticket(s) online, when and how will I receive my ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached. Please print the attached tickets for yourself and any guests you have purchased tickets for. All tickets will be scanned at the event for entry and can be only scanned once.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes, your ticket is transferable Forward the e-mail with the attached ticket with bar code to whomever will be taking your place at the event. Your guest MUST print out the ticket with the bar code and bring it with them the day of. The bar code on the ticket can only be scanned once for entry.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you MUST print your ticket with the bar code on it and bring it to the event. We will be scanning the tickets at registration so a hard-copy of your ticket is necessary.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds per the waiver that everyone agrees to when purchasing their ticket.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, as long as you are at least 21 years old and have a valid ticket with a bar code the name on the ticket does not need to match. We will be scanning your ticket at registration; however, the bar code on the ticket will only scan 1 time. Printing multiple copies of your ticket for others will void your ticket and you will be unable to enter the event. 1 ticket per person.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
We encourage you to purchase your tickets as soon as possible as tickets historically sell out before the event date. We recommend checking the website Friday before the event for at-the-door ticket sale availability. Should there still be available tickets, we will sell them at the door on a first come first served basis.
EVENT DAY
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is dependent on the venue and may cost anywhere from $0-$20. We strongly encourage carpooling. Please check your specific city event page for more detailed parking instructions.
How early should I get there?
Registration begins at 10:30 in the morning the day of the event.
It’s my first time. What should I expect?
Welcome! Pamper Me Fabulous is a full day experience, and we recommend you plan your day to make the most of it! Come with your girlfriends, your daughter, your mom, your work colleagues, your college sorority, or bridal party --- the more the merrier!
Come early and make sure to schedule your day by checking out your specific city event page for the full schedule. Most guests tend to do a little bit of everything – shop, participate in the Activity Area for fitness classes, attend an Expert Corner, take a nice break for lunch or afternoon mediation, sample some wellness and/or spa beauty products, and shop some more. You’ll also get an amazing gift bag that will keep you happy and pampered at home.
What should I wear/bring to the event?
We encourage you to come as your fashionable stylish self to the event! If you plan on participating in any of the fitness activities, we recommend leggings or pants and some comfortable shoes. You are welcome to bring a change of clothes but please note changing areas will be limited.
If you are planning on doing some shopping (we really hope you are!) it may be best to bring a larger bag to put all your goodies in. You will also have the option to purchase mini spa and beauty treatments onsite on a first come, first served basis. We recommend wearing light make up so that you can easily sample beauty products/treatments if they are available.
What forms of payment are accepted at Pamper Me Fabulous?
Vendors selling products and/or services on-site may accept cash and/or credit cards. Please come prepared!
What treatments will be offered at this event?
Limited mini treatments are available for purchase onsite on a first come, first served, appointment basis, at each respective beauty company, spas, and/or salons showcasing at Pamper Me Fabulous.
Mini treatments can range in cost from $0-$40 and last anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Treatment options vary by event edition, but may include: polish changes, makeup, massages, hair styling, blow outs, dry cuts, reflexology, facials, tanning, brows, lash applications, etc. Check for the event page or sign up for the newsletter for updates on the types of treatments that will be available.
Are all gift bags the same and what is the value of each gift bag?
Each fabulous gift bag comes with beauty products, samples and/or food/drink and is worth more than the ticket price alone! Each gift bag will vary in products but are equivalent in value.
My friend couldn't make it; can I pick up her gift bag?
No, you must be present at the event with a valid ticket in order to pick up a gift bag. 1 gift bag per person present. There are no exceptions.
Can men attend the event?
Absolutely!!! Men are welcome to attend the event and participate in all the activities and programming available.
