The 100 calorie snack is a great idea in theory; eat a pre-measured snack and feel satisfied. However, so much of the time, we eat one pack and think “oh that will hardly hold me over until my next meal.” And at that point we eat maybe one to two more of those little snack packs and call it a meal. The most wonderful thing happens when we eat just one pack and feel fulfilled. It is almost like we are surprised by it, like a “ha I showed you little bag!" It’s exciting and puts a little bit more pep in our step during the day!
